• Information you give us. When you apply for a role, request a consultation or past-performance references, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, résumé and cover note, business or agency, and the contents of your message.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, including through cookies or similar technologies and analytics tools.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, evaluate job applications, and follow up about our services or open roles.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run this site and process submissions, including Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and email delivery) and Google Analytics (aggregate, non-advertising usage measurement, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms). These providers process information on our behalf. Our forms use a hidden honeypot field for spam protection, not a third-party CAPTCHA.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our service providers as described above, when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Data retention & security

We retain application and inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

To opt out of analytics, you can block or clear cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement only — we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information.
